Project Manager, REMS Team - Remote based in the US

Project Manager position overseeing REMS (Risk Evaluation Mitigation Strategy) initiatives within a CRO/Pharma/Biotech environment. The role requires serving as primary sponsor contact, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between project sponsor and delivery organization
• Establish and manage customer expectations and escalation communication pathways
• Oversee overall project delivery including timeline, budget, and quality outcomes
• Manage financial stewardship, contract alignment, and out-of-scope activity tracking
• Drive risk identification, issue resolution, and team compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 3-5+ years demonstrated REMS project management experience in CRO/Pharma/Biotech
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic/vocational qualification
• 8+ years comparable experience in related project management roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and systems like CTMS, Preclarus, Clarity
• Advanced therapeutic area knowledge and clinical development guidelines
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of project management principles
• Cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management skills
