Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program within three years of assuming the Charge RN position.State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).1 year of nursing experience.EFM within 1 year(Tracked on the unit)Neonatal Resuscitation ProgramAdvanced Cardiac Life SupportBLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
