About the Position

Job Title: IMCU Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Duration: Contract Shift: 48-hour contract Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years required License: Active Nursing License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: 2 years of experience in critical care BLS and ACLS certifications Description: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the intensive care unit. Manage patients with conditions such as sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, Type 2 diabetes, substance abuse, and encephalopathy. Administer heparin drips as per protocols. Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1 to 4. Demonstrate strong clinical skills and critical thinking in fast-paced environments. Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines in patient care practices.
