Opportunity: Advanced Practice - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details:

All hours considered for this locum tenens position at a Level 1 High Acuity Trauma Center

Must be comfortable working with both adult and pediatric patients

Position operates under medical direction

Surgical specialties include general, gynecology, urology, orthopedics, spine, vascular, cardiac, thoracic, and out-of-OR cases

Cardiac, complete orthopedic, complex vascular, head and spine, neuro, pediatric, and thoracic surgical cases expected

General anesthesia required for adult, pediatric, and trauma patients; neonatal preferred

Neurosurgical anesthesia required including head and spine cases

Open heart anesthesia required

Thoracic and complex vascular case management required

Regional anesthesia preferred

Arterial line placement required

Ventilation management required

Evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues required

Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required

Board certification required at minimum certified level
