Overview Technical Sales Rep position at gpac for a client company seeking an on-site biopharma Technical Sales Specialist at a manufacturing facility near Boston, MA. The role focuses on providing solutions for clients through strong knowledge of bioproduction and/or pharmaceutical processes, and building a client base within New England and New York. The candidate may have a strong sales background with the ability to grasp new products and systems quickly, or extensive knowledge of bioproduction/pharmaceutical manufacturing with a natural aptitude for sales. Responsibilities Provide solutions for clients through knowledge of bioproduction and/or pharmaceutical processes. Build and manage a client base within New England and New York. Engage with clients to solve problems and recommend appropriate products or systems. Communicate effectively, delivering dynamic presentations to clients. Learn industry quickly and provide recommendations for correct products within specific processes. Demonstrate ability to combine existing products to service unique processing needs and optimize processes. Navigate the sales cycle in relation to FDA regulations and the approval process. Uphold integrity and professional standards in all client interactions. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with 5+ years of related experience. Top sales record with a focus on providing solutions for clients (not solely upselling). Experience in bioproduction and/or pharmaceutical processes (upstream, downstream, and filling operations). Excellent communication skills with the ability to create and deliver dynamic presentations. Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP certification; CRM software understanding. Ability to learn the industry quickly and recommend correct products for specific processes. Ability to combine products to address unique processing needs. Understanding of the sales cycle in relation to FDA regulations and approvals. High integrity and professional ethics.
