Complete Care at Regent is a 180-bed skilled nursing and long-term care center located in Hackensack, NJ. Our recently renovated facility provides post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, and specialized clinical services in a comfortable, resident-centered environment. We are committed to continuous improvement and providing an exceptional experience for every resident and family we serve.

Responsibilities of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the facility
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Promote excellence in resident care, customer satisfaction, and clinical outcomes
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders while fostering accountability and teamwork
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and census growth
• Partner with regional leadership to achieve organizational goals
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and the community
• Foster a culture of compassion, professionalism, and employee engagement

Qualifications of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

• Current New Jersey Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, NJ Department of Health requirements, and reimbursement systems
• Proven experience with budgeting, financial management, and operational performance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Track record of improving quality measures, survey outcomes, employee retention, and resident satisfaction
