Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional resident care.
Manage financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
Drive quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of care.

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Qualifications:

Active LNHA license in New Jersey.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proven experience in nursing home or long-term care administration.
Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
