ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (B2B SALES) - Tempe, AZ Base Salary: $55,000 First-Year OTE: $80,000–$95,000+ Commission: Uncapped Monthly Residual Commission About The Opportunity Our client is seeking a driven, competitive Account Executive to develop new business within the small-to-medium business (SMB) market. This is a true new business development role with significant earning and career growth potential. You’ll prospect for new clients, work directly with C-level decision-makers , and use a consultative approach to recommend technology, automation, and logistics solutions that improve business operations. With uncapped residual commissions paid monthly, performance-based salary increases, and a strong promote-from-within culture , this opportunity is designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in B2B sales. What You’ll Do New Business Development Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the SMB market. Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, VPs, business owners, and other executive decision-makers. Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand client operations, challenges, and business goals. Identify opportunities where technology, automation, and logistics solutions can improve business performance. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Sales & Client Solutions Recommend customized technology, automation, and logistics solutions based on client needs. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through presentation, negotiation, and close. Coordinate all aspects of the sales process through successful deal execution. Develop trusted relationships with prospects and clients through a consultative sales approach. Consistently work toward and exceed individual sales and revenue goals. Professional Development & Teamwork Continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise through training and coaching. Collaborate with teammates while maintaining the competitive drive to exceed individual and team goals. Apply feedback and coaching to continuously improve sales performance. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree required. Strong interest in B2B sales and new business development. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Competitive, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset. Coachable attitude with a desire to continuously improve. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to confidently communicate with executive-level decision-makers. Self-motivation and the ability to perform successfully in a goal-oriented environment.
