Behavioral Health Therapist

Clinic-Based Behavioral Health Therapist Provide individualized behavioral health counseling, including assessment and treatment of substance use disorder, mental health, and co‑occurring disorders, utilizing evidence‑based practices. Qualifications Master’s degree from an accredited social work, psychology, marriage & family, or counseling program. Fully licensed in Michigan as LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or LLP (limited license holders may be considered with director approval, but not for hybrid work). Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in behavioral health assessment and treatment. Preferred 1–3 years of experience in behavioral health or substance use settings; CAADC or ability to obtain CAADC development plan once hired is an added advantage.
