Payroll Analyst

To support payroll operations, the remote Payroll Analyst will perform payroll duties including Time & Attendance management, processing payroll for the US and Canada, and providing customer service and support using a ticketing system. Key responsibilities Process timely payroll for the Americas while ensuring compliance with USGAAP, government regulations, and SOX requirements Manage payroll inquiries and perform necessary research to respond effectively through the ticketing platform Assist with audit requests from the SOX and Internal Audit Team, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting Required qualifications Solid knowledge of local taxation and regulations in the US and Canada Demonstrated senior-level payroll technical skills, including payroll processing and reporting Experience with payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, and Fidelity Ability to support multi-state taxation and various payroll tax filings Education or equivalent relevant experience; CPP certification is a plus
