About the Role

As a Reconstruction Project Manager , you will manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from the initial inspection through final completion.

You'll work directly with homeowners, property managers, insurance companies, subcontractors, and our internal restoration team to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional customer service.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects while creating an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do

Sales & Estimating

• Meet with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients
• Inspect damaged properties
• Scope reconstruction projects
• Prepare accurate Xactimate estimates
• Review insurance scopes and supplements
• Negotiate with adjusters when necessary
• Sell reconstruction projects

Project Management

• Schedule reconstruction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors
• Order materials
• Obtain permits when required
• Monitor project budgets
• Ensure projects stay on schedule
• Maintain quality control throughout each project
• Resolve issues before they become problems

Customer Experience

• Explain the reconstruction process to customers
• Provide regular project updates
• Answer customer questions promptly
• Manage expectations
• Conduct final walkthroughs
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Collect final payments

Leadership

• Supervise subcontractors
• Coordinate with Mitigation Project Managers
• Work closely with the Production Team
• Maintain company quality standards
• Represent WOW professionally on every project

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential remodeling or reconstruction project management experience
• Experience in insurance restoration preferred
• Experience with Xactimate preferred
• Knowledge of residential construction methods
• Ability to read construction plans and scopes
• Strong estimating skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Valid Texas Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check

Preferred Qualifications

• IICRC Certifications
• Xactimate Level 1 or 2
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Restoration industry experience
• Experience working with insurance carriers
• PMP Certification (not required)

Physical Requirements

This position includes office work and field work.

Candidates should be able to:

• Walk construction sites
• Climb ladders
• Inspect roofs when necessary
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Wear PPE when required

Expected Annual Earnings: $75,000–$85,000+ , depending on experience and performance.
