Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Level III NICU team. This position requires a dedicated individual with extensive experience in neonatal care.

Position Details

• Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00)
• Block Scheduling: Yes
• Weekend Requirements: Yes, 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period with variable, self-scheduling options
• Floating Between Units: Yes
• On-Call Requirements: No
• 48-Hour Contracts: Approved

Expected Patient Ratios

Patient nurse ratios are anticipated to be between 1:2 to 1:4.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience required
• Preference for candidates with Level III NICU experience, as we operate a Level IV unit
• Open to longer-than-13-week contracts based on candidate interest
