Facility: LTC/SNF
Shift: 3pm 11pm | 11pm - 7am | 7am - 3pm (Five days in a week that includes EOW)
Contract: 8 weeks

Requirements:
- State CNA license
- BLS/CPR preferred
- Min 1 -2 year of CNA experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
- Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADLs, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting LPNs and RNs.
- Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
