Statement of Qualification

When preparing the SOQ, please follow these guidelines:

• The information provided must be complete and presented in a clear and concise manner.

• The SOQ must be typewritten using Century Gothic 11-point font with 1” margins.

• The completed SOQ must not be more than (3) pages, single-spaced.

• Restate the question along with its corresponding number, followed by the response.

• When completing the SOQ, include all relevant experience, education, and/or training, as applicable, and explain all answers thoroughly. Include in each response the date(s) and organization(s) for each relevant experience, education, and training.

The SOQ must be answered and addressed in the following order:

1. Describe your experience, education, and/or training related to research and analysis.

2. Describe your experience, education, and/or training in presenting information to individuals at varying levels of an organization.

3. Describe your experience, education, and/or training in project management principles, including how you have applied these principles to successfully plan, execute, and monitor projects.

4. Describe your experience, education, and/or training developing and maintaining effective professional relationships with team members, and/or business partners. Include examples of how you have fostered collaboration, communication, and trust.
