Final Filing Date: 8/25/2026 Job Description and Duties Under the general direction of the Accounting Administrator (AA) I (Supervisor) of the Accounts Receivable (AR) Unit, in the Accounting Office, part of the Financial Management Branch, in the Administration Division (Division), within the Department of Cannabis Control (Department), the Associate Accounting Analyst is responsible for handling the more complex and difficult assignments related to deposits, invoices, and reconciliation in the AR Unit. This includes processing month-end closing (MEC) and year end closing (YEC) functions in the Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal) and reviewing and analyzing various complex FI$Cal reports for posting errors.
