ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of five. Before opening the agency, I worked for Prudential Bank and later in construction. I'm a graduate of Cal State Long Beach, enjoy hunting, training dogs, and spending time on my farm, and family is an important part of my life.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Dave Milloy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
