Visual Designer

Job Description We are actively seeking to recruit a creative Visual Designer who will be responsible for the entire design and execution process—from concept to completion—of a diverse range of marketing materials. These materials will be used across multiple channels, including imagery and video footage for web, social media, print ads, brochures, annual reports, posters, packaging, promotional materials, events, exhibitions, email campaigns, presentations, as well as content for web, animations, and video editing. These materials will be used across multiple channels, including imagery and video footage for web, social media, print ads, brochures, annual reports, posters, packaging, promotional materials, events, exhibitions, email campaigns, presentations, as well as content for web, animations, and video editing. This role is ideal for a designer who is not only passionate about design but also possesses a strong sense of typography and exceptional creative skills. The ideal candidate will be able to craft original campaigns that stand out and engage audiences across various platforms. Client Main Responsibilities Be involved in the production of artwork from its inception, overseeing design changes and improvements throughout the development process until its final stages. Have a good eye for detail, along with a keen interest in design trends, ensuring a creative flair in every design. Work under pressure, effectively managing design priorities on a daily basis to meet deadlines. Manage production and oversee junior designers and interns, ensuring quality work throughout. Ensure high standards of visual execution across all media and campaigns, handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Prepare approved work for output in the correct formats, ensuring proper resolution and file size as per standard requirements. Maintain brand consistency across various marketing projects, adhering to brand CI guidelines, while also integrating the latest design and online trends. Stay proficient in social media trends, managing social media pages with daily content creation, research, and designing visuals and videos. Have knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML, enabling seamless integration into web projects. Communicate effectively, understanding and delivering on project requirements. Be self-motivated and a team player, collaborating closely with the Marketing team. Brainstorm creative ideas with the team, contributing to innovative campaigns. Freehand drawing or sketching skills will be considered an asset. Requirements Degree in Visual Design Arts, Graphic or Digital Media, or an equivalent qualification. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Acrobat Professional, and Microsoft Office. A minimum of two years of experience working in the creative industry. A portfolio showcasing previous design projects that demonstrate exceptional design talent. Other Useful Skills A creative flair in photography, with the ability to capture various visual product and studio shots that align with brand identity. Strong knowledge of pre-press processes and a solid understanding of visual print layout and design, ensuring high-quality, print-ready designs. The ability to develop compelling design concepts while creating engaging content for social media, including writing effective copy such as headlines and taglines. Additionally, flexibility is key—being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential, and some projects may require working evenings and weekends to meet tight deadlines.
