We aren't a remote-only call center. Our technicians are assigned to clients, visit them on-site every month, and get to know their people and their systems. Many of our clients have been with us for 17 years or more, and we want the same from our team.

What you'll do

Support assigned client accounts as a team lead or backup technician, both on-site and remotely.

Use your excitement and positive attitude to solve issues for your clients and your fellow teammates.

Troubleshoot and maintain Windows desktops and servers, Microsoft 365 and Exchange, virtualization, networks, and security tools.

Work with the platforms we partner on, including Anthrop/c, Microsoft, Dell, Fortinet, HP Enterprise, Ruckus, and Allworx.

Handle proactive maintenance so problems get fixed before clients notice them. Some fixes are scheduled after hours to avoid disrupting clients.

Explain problems and fixes to clients in plain English. We don't use jargon with clients.

Document your fixes, escalate critical issues quickly, and help your coworkers.

Take part in team meetings and bring ideas for improving how we support clients.

What you bring

3+ years of hands-on IT support experience. MSP or multi-client experience is a plus.

Working knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking basics like DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

Strong communication skills with everyone from front-desk staff to business owners.

The ability to work independently, think critically, and follow a problem through to the end.

A strong work ethic and a desire to grow with one company over the long term.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
