Portfolio Management Analyst

Salary: $125,000 - 160,000 per year

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in real estate accounting, real estate audit, FP&A, or real estate investment finance Real estate experience, including exposure to property-level accounting or financial analysis CPA certification preferred but not required Responsibilities:

Analyze property-level financial performance, including budgets, reforecasts, and variance analysis Review monthly financial reporting packages, cash flows, and property-level returns Monitor property cash management, funding requests, debt service, and capital requirements Assist with investor reporting, financial statement reviews, and audit coordination Maintain property-level return calculations and review joint venture waterfall distributions Support acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and refinancing activities Collaborate with internal teams to assess property performance and identify opportunities for improvement Technologies:

The position combines accounting, finance, and portfolio management, with exposure to investment performance, property operations, transaction activities, and portfolio strategy. You will work directly with our Asset Management, Acquisitions, and Dispositions teams as part of our growing real estate investment platform.
