Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Maternal and Child Health

Schedule: Rotating

Assignment Details:
- Contract Weeks: 13
- Guaranteed Hours: 24

Requirements:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state or from a valid compact state required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- One year of clinical experience required
- Minimum of Associate Nursing Degree for positions hired after 07/01/2018

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, individualized nursing care to antepartum, laboring, postpartum, and lactation patients and families.
- Oversee daily patient flow to optimize care, safety, and satisfaction.
- Deliver patient education to facilitate care plans and promote wellness.
- Demonstrate competent healthcare assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.
- Administer medications and perform treatments while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers to achieve optimal outcomes.
