Set up imaging equipment and position patients for CT procedures; ensure patient safety and comfort, providing age-appropriate care as required. Use independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to optimize imaging technique and diagnostic quality while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate documentation of procedures performed and ensure proper equipment function and calibration prior to exams. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate patient flow and ensure timely completion of imaging studies. Demonstrate dependable, accountable, and cooperative behavior; adapt to department needs and maintain flexibility with hours when required. Ability to provide safe, age-appropriate patient care and perform exams according to department procedures. Knowledge and ability to properly and safely obtain a quality diagnostic study. Capable of performing a wide variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment and initiative in the use of imaging equipment. Able to independently perform job functions, including setting up equipment and positioning patients for CT procedures.
