Lead Safety Engineer - Petrochemical IH & Emergency Readiness

INEOS Oxide in Pasadena, TX seeks a Safety Engineer to advise site management on OSHA standards, VPP, and process safety. You will support contractor safety, emergency preparedness, and industrial hygiene programs across the plant. The role requires strong leadership, a collaborative approach with operations, and hands-on experience with safety training, audits, and incident investigations.
