Experience Caregiver (Part-Time/ PRN) as-needed

Location: Downingtown, Exton, West Chester, Coatesville, and surrounding communities

Pay: Starting at $15-16 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers for part-time and PRN (as-needed) positions to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to clients in the comfort of their homes. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a meaningful difference every day, we'd love to hear from you. As our client base continues to grow, additional hours and opportunities may become available.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Provide companionship and emotional support

Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed

Perform light housekeeping and laundry

Provide medication reminders

Assist with mobility and safe transfers

Observe and report changes in a client's condition

Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accurate documentation

Qualifications

Previous caregiving experience preferred
CNA certification is a plus but not required
Compassionate, dependable, and patient
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to clients' homes
Must have or be willing to obtain a current two-step TB test (or other agency-approved tuberculosis screening) before providing client care
Ability to pass required background screenings
