Concrete Finisher

Your Job
Labor Finders has multiple openings for Concrete Finishers for long-term work on multiple sites in and around Ocala areas. We are in search of candidates with experience working with any of the following skills: finishing and smoothing freshly poured concrete; using trowels, floats, and other tools to achieve the desired surface texture; applying sealers, hardeners, or other coatings to concrete; ensuring the concrete is level, smooth, and free of imperfections; setting forms and reinforcements; working with other trades to complete concrete installations; and performing other concrete finishing tasks as assigned.

Your Day
Start times vary between 5am and 7am; shifts are typically 8 hours, some lasting as long as 10 hours. Sites are often construction sites, requiring full PPE. Jobsites may vary by specific location day to day but will be located in and around Ocala. Some may be indoors, but candidates should be prepared to work in all weather conditions and elements, including extreme Florida heat. Transportation is required to and from the sites, as well as good communication to the office for job assignments. Work is short term to start, ongoing for those with consistent attendance and outstanding performance. Pay is based on experience, job, attendance, and performance feedback.
