Grand Villa of Delray Beach is seeking a warm, charismatic, and friendly individual to serve as the welcoming face of our assisted living community. We are looking for a personable professional who can create a positive first impression for our guests and residents, ensuring they feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service and a genuine passion for helping others to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, residents, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide information about the facility
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist residents and guests with their needs and inquiries
• Ensure security protocols are followed, and visitor logs are accurately maintained

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or hospitality role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Warm, approachable personality with a genuine desire to assist others
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Reliable and punctual with a flexible attitude
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
• Availability to work Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm without exceptions
