Shift Leader

Description A Shift Leader is responsible for the restaurant's overall operations during his or her shift. They must ensure company standards, cost control, communicate with employees, inventory supplies, adjust par prep sheets, guide crew, and ensure customers are served quickly and efficiently. They also resolve guest complaints, maintain cleanliness standards, exhibit friendly enthusiasm, and perform administrative duties. Ensure all company standards are met and policies and procedures are followed. Control costs effectively. Communicate clearly, supervising employees to complete assignments properly. Inventory supplies and reorder items. Adjust the Par Prep Sheet to keep fresh product available. Observe, guide, and reallocate labor for efficiency. Serve guests quickly and efficiently, solicit feedback, and resolve complaints. Qualifications & responsibilities included: Basic computer skills and administrative duties. Ability to learn in a fast paced environment. Maintain cash variances within acceptable levels. Reliable transportation and professional appearance. Positive attitude and care for guests and employees.
