Director, Integrated Supply Chain

Azenta seeks a Director of Integrated Supply Chain to lead procurement, sourcing, logistics, and vendor management across the Multiomics organization. The role combines strategic oversight of global supply chain operations with people leadership, driving cost optimization, supply assurance, and operational alignment across laboratory, manufacturing, and business functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated procurement strategy supporting global business objectives and cost optimization
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing global procurement and logistics teams across multiple locations
- Establish supplier governance processes including scorecards, service agreements, and continuous improvement
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, courier services, and transportation partner management
- Partner with Finance and business leaders on procurement budgets, savings targets, and spend analytics
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience managing global procurement and logistics teams
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation
- Strong background in supply chain operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Experience with ERP systems, procurement analytics, and data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality standards, and operational risk management
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated supply chain strategies aligned with business growth
