Horace Mann seeks an Insurance Producer to provide tailored auto, home, life, and supplemental insurance solutions to K–12 educators and school employees. In this mission-driven role, you’ll prospect and build relationships with educators, assess coverage needs, present personalized proposals, and close sales while maintaining high ethical standards. You’ll manage policy renewals, support claims conversations, and collaborate with internal teams.
