PRN In-house Physical Therapist (PT)

PRN / Non-exempt / $60 an hour

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join the Menno Haven team! The PT provides high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services to residents in accordance with physician orders, professional standards, and applicable regulations. This role supervises Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and contributes to interdisciplinary care planning, program development, and team education while ensuring resident safety.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, consistent with Pennsylvania licensure requirements at the time of graduation.
• Minimum of 5 years of licensed PT experience preferred
• New grads welcome to apply
• Current, active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required
• Curent, active CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer guidelines
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
