1st shift production supervisor

What you´ll do

• Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
• Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
• Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
• Ensure all 5S and housekeeping standards are followed and maintained
• Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products
• Coaches and counsels operations personnel in the assignment of duties
• Analyzes and resolves production issues to include enforcing labor relation's policies and resolving grievances.

• Process improvement: Use Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methods to reduce waste and save money
• Technical proficiency: Understand the specific machinery, tools, and software used in your plant.

The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 and $90,000.00 . This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
