Why You’ll Love It Directly impact guest satisfaction every day Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment Competitive pay and benefits with opportunities for growth Be recognized for attention to detail and dedication to quality What You’ll Do: Greet guests warmly and anticipate their needs Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces according to Hilton and 6PM Hospitality standards Make beds, change linens, scrub bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and restock amenities Handle laundry and maintain organized housekeeping carts and storage areas Report maintenance issues, room damage, or guest concerns to supervisors Inspect rooms for quality, safety, and compliance Assist Executive and Assistant Executive Housekeeper with task assignments, lost & found, and daily operations as needed Maintain a positive attitude and keep team morale high Follow all safety procedures, operational processes, and brand standards Who You Are Guest-focused, reliable, and professional Detail-oriented and physically able to lift 30+ lbs, stand, walk, and bend frequently Able to adapt to varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Excellent communicator and team player #J-18808-Ljbffr Double Tree by Hilton Fort Shelby - Detroit, Michigan
