Build Pagosa
Build Pagosa is a community and workforce development organization based in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Our mission is to provide a skilled workforce for the Pagosa Springs community and surrounding area through public-private partnerships, financial support and workforce training. We are seeking proposals from qualified marketing agencies to support a comprehensive brand refresh and marketing initiative. We would like to establish a collaborative relationship, and anticipate at least one group brainstorming session and multiple review meetings to inform final deliverables. Submission Deadline: Wednesday, May 20th. Scope of Work The selected agency will be responsible for three core deliverables: Website Design & Development Build Pagosa requires a complete redesign and redevelopment of its public-facing website. The project includes, but is not limited to: Discovery and site audit of current web presence User experience (UX) research and sitemap development Visual design aligned with refreshed brand standards Content management system (CMS) integration for internal team management SEO best practices and accessibility compliance Integration with existing tools (e.g., email, events calendar, social feeds) Quality assurance, testing, and launch support Ongoing post-launch support and documentation/training Pitch Deck Development Build Pagosa requires a professionally designed, reusable pitch deck for use in stakeholder presentations, partner outreach, and fundraising. Deliverables include: Custom slide design aligned with brand standards Master template with editable slide layouts (PowerPoint and/or Google Slides) Two (2) rounds of revisions Final file delivery in both editable and presentation-ready formats Marketing Standards & Brand Guidelines The agency will develop a comprehensive brand standards guide to ensure consistent representation of Build Pagosa across all channels. This includes: Logo usage rules (sizing, clear space, color variations, prohibited uses) Color palette with HEX, RGB, and CMYK specifications Typography system (primary and secondary typefaces, hierarchy, sizing) Iconography and imagery style guidelines Digital and print application examples Final delivery as a polished PDF brand guide and editable source files Project Timeline The proposals are due Wednesday, May 20th. We expect to notify companies within two weeks if they have been chosen for an interview. We would like the website to be live within eight weeks of project kickoff. Budget Build Pagosa has an estimated budget range of $10,000-$15,000 for the full scope of work. Respondents should provide itemized pricing for each of the three deliverables as well as a combined total. Itemized pricing per deliverable (Website, Pitch Deck, Brand Standards) Hourly rates for any out-of-scope work Retainer or ongoing maintenance fees Submission Requirements Interested agencies should submit a complete response package that includes: Agency Overview: Company history, size, core capabilities, and areas of expertise. Relevant Portfolio & Case Studies: Minimum three (3) examples of similar work. Proposed Approach Methodology for discovery, design, and delivery. Project Team: Key personnel and their roles.
