Requirements:

Active CA Therapy License & 1+ years of licensed experience.
Valid driver's license, reliable transit, and auto insurance.
Current CPR certification and professional liability Insurance.
Recent physical exam (within 2 years) and TB clearance.
Active EIN and business license/city tax certificate.

About GSTS:

Both co-owners are a DPT & PTA team with combined 20 years of home health patient care experience. After being frustrated with the delayed communication, unethical requests, and late payments from poorly managed therapy companies, we branched off to create our own in 2018.
