WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations and working closely with the Chief Investing Officer , you'll support the day-to-day execution of the company's operations while serving as a trusted operational and administrative partner. You'll also act as a backup to the Director of Operations, ensuring business operations continue to run smoothly.

Operations Support

• Support the Director of Operations in managing day-to-day business operations.
• Serve as a backup for key operational responsibilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure priorities stay on track.
• Monitor operational workflows and help improve efficiency across the organization.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and follow-up items across departments.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and operational updates for leadership.
• Assist with process improvements and special projects as the company scales.
• Collaborate with leadership to solve operational challenges and support strategic initiatives.

Executive & Administrative Support

• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for senior leadership.
• Arrange travel and prepare itineraries.
• Prepare and submit expense reports.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
• Maintain files, records, and confidential business documents.
• Support day-to-day office operations and administrative needs.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in financial operations, or a similar role
• Experience working in fintech, financial services, investment management, banking, capital markets, or another financial environment is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of financial operations, compliance, or investment-related business processes is highly desirable
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Experience supporting executives is preferred
• Experience working in a high-growth company is a plus

COMPENSATION
Base salary $80,000-$100,000
