Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead complex product initiatives in Agile environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product ownership, requirements gathering, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and platform modernization. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to define priorities, align business objectives, and deliver successful product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead product initiatives from discovery through delivery in an Agile environment.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Support integration, modernization, and platform transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, stakeholder discussions, and requirements workshops.
- Manage competing priorities, resolve dependencies, and drive consensus across teams.
- Monitor delivery progress and ensure alignment with product goals and business objectives.
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Systems Analyst.
- Proven experience leading complex product initiatives in Agile environments.
- Strong requirements gathering, backlog management, and user story development skills.
- Experience with integration, modernization, or platform transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- 7+ years of relevant product ownership, product management, or business analysis experience.
- Agile product delivery experience.
- Product backlog management and requirements gathering.
- Platform integration or modernization experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
