Telepro Communications is now hiring an Intercom / Low Voltage Technician to join our team in Mission, TX. We are looking for a dependable technician with experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting communication systems.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience with Telecor and Valcom systems. Experience with phone systems is a plus.

 

Job Responsibilities

Install, service, and troubleshoot intercom systems
Work with paging, intercom, and communication systems
Troubleshoot low voltage devices and wiring
Assist with service calls and field projects
Run, terminate, and test low voltage cabling as needed
Read and follow basic work orders, plans, and job instructions
Maintain a professional attitude while working at customer/job sites
Work with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently

Experience Preferred

Telecor intercom systems (MUST)
Valcom paging/intercom systems
Phone systems
Paging and communication systems
Low voltage cabling
Service and troubleshooting work

Requirements

Low voltage experience preferred
Must be dependable and responsible
Valid driver’s license
Must be able to work in the field and travel to local job sites
Ability to use basic hand tools and testing equipment
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Good communication and problem-solving skills
