  • ortManage compl ex calend ars, scheduling internal and external meetings, prioritizing based on urgency and business goals. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangemen
  • ts.Prepare materials for meetings and ensure executives have the necessary information in advan
  • ce.Coordina te travel arrangeme nts, including flights, accommodations, and itinerari
  • es.Hand le expense report ing, reimbursements, and budget tracking for executive-level operatio
  • ns.Prepa re presentations, agendas, briefing materi als, and meeting notes as need

  • onsDraft and mana ge email communicati ons on behalf of the CEO and COO when need
  • ed.Serve as a liaison between the executives and key stakeholders, partners, board members, and team lea

  • cs.Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication on behalf of executiv

Qualificati

  • ons:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferr
  • ed).2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, or Chief of Staff supporting C-suite executives (preferably in healthcare, healthtech, or high-growth environmen
  • ts).Exceptio nal calendar and time manage ment skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environm
  • ent.Outstand ing written and verbal communica tion abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlo
  • ok).High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integ rity—especially when handling sensitive or confidential information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discret
