What You'll Do

• Provide holistic, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
• Monitor patient vital signs, respond to emergencies, and adjust care plans accordingly
• Execute assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in accordance with standards of nursing practice
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective patient management
• Delegate activities to other healthcare providers as appropriate
• Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly
• Adapt to floating among ICUs (S5 TNICU, S6 MICU, S7 MICU) and potentially other units as needed

What You Need

• Active Minnesota RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork focus
