What You'll Do:

• Provide holistic, patient-centered care to diverse populations in the ICU
• Conduct assessments, formulate nursing diagnoses, and develop care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Delegate tasks appropriately to other healthcare team members
• Execute nursing standards including planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Participate in shared decision-making and quality improvement initiatives
• Float to other ICU units (S5 TNICU, S6 MICU, S7 MICU) and medical/surgical units as needed

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Minnesota or ability to obtain licensure
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 2+ years ICU experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to various ICU environments and float as needed
