Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Westford, MA, 1886 (ONSITE)
Contract Duration: 6-month contract to start

Work Hours: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM Monday through Thursday

Pay rate: $20 - $22 an hour

Job Summary:
The Material Handler II is responsible for ensuring all inventory is maintained accurately and provided to the required areas promptly.

• Perform Material Movements both physically and systematically
• Generate Work Orders from an ERP system
• Perform Work Order Receipts in the ERP system
• Perform cycle counting as required
• Maintain a neat and safe work environment
• Assist in the coordination and flow of product through manufacturing and assembly when needed
• Work in a cross-functional team environment
• Some areas will require the handling of chemicals, with proper training provided. The types of chemicals consist mainly of isopropyl alcohol and sulfuric acid, neither of which has a high hazard level.
• Must work overtime as required for business needs
• Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
• Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
• Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum is a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of inventory control experience, preferably in a regulated environment (pharma, med device, etc.)
• Cycle counting experience
• SAP/ERP work order experience
