Legal Case Assistant / Bilingual Spanish

Job Summary We are seeking adetail-oriented and compassionate Legal Case Assistantto join our legal team. This role involves obtaining and organizingcase documents, including medical recordsand billing statements, and requesting records fromdifferent authoritie s such as law enforcement and the DMV. The Legal Case Assistant will support the paralegal team by helping collect, organize, andmaintain case documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Participate inpersonal injury cases, ensuring timely progression and adherence to deadlines. Request, track, and organize medical records, billing statements, police reports, and other relevant documentation. Maintain well-organized and up-to-date case files in accordance with firm protocols and legal standards. Coordinate client medical treatment and monitor progress to support case value and resolution. Assist attorneyswith support tasks, including preparation of materials when applicable. Ensure accurate documentation and workflow compliance with applicable legal procedures and firm policies. Requirements Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience in a related field; paralegal certification is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all work. Previous experience in a law office or similar environment is preferred but not required. Techsavvy.
