Job Description Legere Group is seeking a Millwork Estimator to join our onsite team at our Avon, CT office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly motivated, and possesses strong communication skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within the millwork industry. Responsibilities Review and evaluate project cost estimates Prepare and submit bids for fabrication and installation Communicate with General Contractors and Architects regarding scope and requirements Perform take-offs for custom millwork and woodworking items Source materials and coordinate subcontractor pricing Prepare and price change orders for projects in progress Analyze and determine material and labor costs for each project Desired Qualifications Proficiency with MS Word and Excel Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines Understanding of architectural drawings and cost estimation Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills 2+ years of estimating or related construction experience Experience in millwork, cabinetry, woodworking, or finish carpentry preferred Medical, dental, and vision Health savings account, Life insurance/ADD, Short-term Dis.
