Certified Nursing Assistant (PER DIEM) Hourly Rate: $22 - $25 Location: 120 W 106th St New York New York 10025 - Onsite Position Summary: As a CNA, you are an integral player in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities revolve around ensuring the well-being of your clients, helping them maintain their independence, and promoting a safe and supportive environment. These are for full time and per diem positions. Responsibilities: Schedule /Shift All shifts available, with the greatest need on weekends (Friday through Sunday) Per diem shifts only Key Duties Provides direct quality resident care as specified in the resident care profile Measuring and monitoring blood pressure and other vital signs Serving meals to residents and helping to feed them as needed Monitoring the conditions of residents during your shift, reporting any concerns to the broader nursing team Supporting residents with other activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting Carries out routine nursing tasks as assigned by the Nurse Requirements: Education High School Graduate or GED preferred. Licenses/Certifications Currently certified as a Nurse Aide in New York State. ??????? Experiences Needed 6 months to 1-year prior experience in long term care preferred Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients, families, and healthcare team Demonstrates a caring and compassionate attitude towards the elderly ???????
