Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR nursing experience
• Proficiency in scrubbing and circulating for diverse surgical procedures
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative communicator focused on patient safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the OR by setting up instruments and supplies according to procedure requirements
• Circulate and/or scrub for operative procedures in a wide variety of specialties
• Monitor patient status and advocate for optimal outcomes throughout the perioperative process
• Follow strict aseptic techniques and infection control guidelines
• Communicate with surgeons, anesthesia staff, and fellow RN colleagues to achieve seamless case flow
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation
