We are seeking a Senior Associate, ServiceNow to lead and execute ServiceNow platform implementations within our Consulting practice. Key responsibilities include providing guidance on ITSM, ITOM, and IRM deployment, leading client workshops to gather requirements, managing on-shore and off-shore teams, evaluating platform performance, and ensuring development standards are met. The role involves customizing workflows and UI scripts using JavaScript, analyzing technical issues, and preparing project reports for stakeholders. Qualifications include a minimum of three years managing large enterprise systems with a focus on ServiceNow, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and certifications such as ServiceNow System Administration (CSA). Experience in leading agile projects, customizing workflows, and working with various ServiceNow modules (like CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery) is essential. Skills required are strong leadership in team delivery, technical expertise in ServiceNow development, problem-solving, and effective communication.
