Pharmacist

Verify and fills orders for medications, monitors patient medication therapies, provide drug information, identifies and troubleshoots potential medication safety hazards, documents all interactions for medical review, and supervises and directs support personnel. Variable shift, 10 hour shifts 0600 - 1630 or 1030 - 2100. Schedule is as needed. Need Cerner experience. Prefer an IV certification like Critical Point. 2-3 years of hospital experience required.
