Maintenance Technician Lead

Maintenance TechnicianSchedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM, plus on call as needed.Position Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various aspects of the business including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration equipment to meet required regulationsPerform building related installation and maintenance including, but not limited to furniture assembly, data/ power installations, plumbing and lighting repairMaintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areasRepair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenitiesMonitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modificationsKeep areas clean and organized, including cleaning dock levelers, dock bays, pressure washing building surfaces, cleaning HVAC systems (interior and exterior) maintaining a clean maintenance departmentOther duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experiencePreferred Education and Experience:Electrical Certification or Vocational CertificationBenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
