Emergency Medicine physician job in Florida : EMERGENCY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN - FLORIDA Due to growth andexpansion, Emergency Med group adding physicians Multiple sites tochoose from Rotate between 2 communitysites with annual volumes 20k-65k Main ED of 30-50beds, Freestanding 16-25 beds Avg patients/hrexpected 1.5 -2 pph Epic EMR w/ PACS,Dragon & AI scribe Coverage model 70%physician/ 30% APC Supported by HUC(unit secretary), Tech (splints/IV) Specialists @Hospitals:Surgical Specialists, Anesthesia, OBGYN) **some IR Main site hasNeurosurgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, EP, Ophthalmology ROLE 9 or 10-hourshifts; Some 12-hour shifts. IndependentContractor Model Most physiciansaverage 120-160hrs/month Weekend /holiday/ night participation expected Proceduresexpected: endotracheal intubation -direct & video laryngoscopy,cricothyroidotomy, chest tube placement, central lines, IO placement,pericardiocentesis, needle thoracotomy, vaginal deliveries, laceration repairs,I&D, FB removal, full eye exam, POCUS/FAST exam, procedural sedation Productivityexpectations: 1.6 -2.6 pph Supervisionmodel: strong physician oversight of APCs 1099 PACKAGE Average $277 per hour with bonus Can earn up to $320 per hr Productivity RVU bonus paidquarterly Sign-on bonus + Voluntary Paid Call Malpractice with Tail Coverage YOU EM residency training only requirement BC/BE ABEM/AOBEM Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in Florida ACLS, PALS (not currently req. if boarded) Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa. #J-18808-Ljbffr
