Support Team Member

Are you a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic and the physical durability to thrive in a high-volume environment? Our Support Team is the backbone of Lib's Grill. Whether you are expertly garnishing a plate as a Food Runner or executing the "7 Steps of the Busser Cycle," you are the reason our guests receive seamless, world-class service.

At Lib's Grill, we value Teamwork above all else. This means having a goal-oriented drive for the bigger picture. We are opening a brand-new location and need "Good People" who are willing to do whatever it takes to support their teammates and ensure the "Next Shift's Success." We operate with Radical Candorwe care about your growth and will push you to be your best every shift.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Food Runners:

  • Execute precision delivery of food to correct tables and seats (No "auctioning" food!).
  • Master the menu to answer guest questions and ensure plates are garnished to Lib's Grill spec.
  • Maintain the Expo station: Polish silverware, stock condiments, and prep "To-Go" bags.

Bussers & Barbacks:

  • The Busser Cycle: Execute our "7 Steps of the Busser Cycle" to clear and reset tables with urgency and polish.
  • The Barback Cycle: Master the "8 Steps of the Barback Cycle," ensuring our bartenders never run out of ice, glass, or prep.
  • The "Next Shift" Mentality: Take ownership of cleanlinessfrom tidying restrooms every 30 minutes to sweeping and mopping at the end of the night.

Requirements:

  • Availability: Must be available for evening and weekend shifts (where the most money is made!).
  • Age: Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Physicality: This is a high-stamina role; you must be able to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 55 lbs.
  • Reliability: Reliable transportation is required.
  • Mindset: A "Cheerful and Positive Attitude" and a total buy-in to our systems (Benchmark Tests and Preshift Check-ins).

  • 8 hour shift
  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • Weekend availability
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
