I opened my agency in 2000 after spending 9 years working in State Farm claims, which gave me a strong foundation in customer service and problem-solving before moving into agency ownership. Our team now includes 5 team members who work together to support our customers and provide a welcoming, dependable experience. Im a graduate of Clemson University, married with three kids, and a big fan of all things sports. Outside the office, youll usually find me at the beach, on the golf course, or spending time with family. We offer paid vacation and holidays, a Simple IRA, health benefits, and reimbursement for licensing costs to help our team grow professionally. Our office maintains a relaxed atmosphere with a strong focus on customer service and needs-based conversations that truly help people. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Andrew Tiller - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
